What are Plastor's opening times?
We are open from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 4:00pm on Friday.
If you are visiting or picking up your plastic containers and goods directly from our Chalgrove (Oxfordshire) warehouse**, please arrive by 3:30pm at the latest.
How do I place an order on the website?
Simply select the product/s you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and submit your order. Soon after your submission one of our sales team will respond to clarify your order, quote shipping and process payment (you will be contacted during our opening hours).
Why can't I pay online?
Because we offer many different types of plastic container in all sizes, as of yet, we cannot automatically price carriage fairly through our website. Unlike some other suppliers, to save you money, we do not factor shipping prices into our products nor on our website. Carriage will be quoted separately and fairly, based on your order.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment is simple, it can be made by debit or credit card, BACS, cheque, cash or PayPal. Prof forma invoices can also be provided. Credit accounts are available on successful application with 30 day payment terms.
Why can't I track the status of my order online?
If you placed your order online and checked out as a guest then tracking may not be available. However, our website is not able to track orders on a time basis, you are therefore advised to contact us. If you have been issued a shipping tracking number please use the given carrier's website or portal to track your order.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Yes, our prices are displayed Ex VAT.
How long does delivery take?
If your items are in stock and depending on your location, most parcel deliveries will take 1-2 days (next day if placed the morning before – please inform us when placing your order that you would like your products the next day). For larger items or bulk quantities a pallet delivery may be required. Pallet delivery is generally 2-3 days as standard (next day pallet delivery can be arranged at additional cost).
Some items will come from other locations and some are made to order. In these cases you will be notified before payment on when to expect your delivery.
Saturday deliveries are not as standard, however if you require a Saturday delivery it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please ask for details and prices.
If you are in the Oxfordshire area you may be able to pick up your items directly from our warehouse** - depending on stock availability.
How much is delivery?
Delivery prices depend on size, weight, product, quantities and location. We WILL offer you the best possible carriage charges.
Can I collect my products to avoid delivery charges?

Will my delivery arrive all together?
In most cases, yes. However, if ordering a number of different products there is a chance that your goods may arrive as separate deliveries. This is because some items may not be in stock at the time of order (of which you will be informed) or that some products are stored at different warehouses or are shipped directly from the factory. If you have any special delivery requirements, please make sure you inform us when placing your order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The majority of our products do not have a minimum order quantity. However there are some products within our range that do have an MOQ, this is usually because they are either 'made to order' or need to be shipped as a 'pallet quantity'. The few products that have an MOQ do have a notice within the details on their product web page.
Do you sell to domestic customers?
Yes, although we are primarily business-to-business suppliers we have a huge number of domestic customers. Business and domestic customers can both use our website to place their orders in exactly the same way.
Do you supply overseas?
Yes, we have a number of customers based in Europe. Normally our international customers are happy to arrange their own shipment from our warehouse. Please discuss your shipping options with our staff. Any customer outside of Europe will also need to speak to a member of our staff to see if shipping is at all possible.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We can offer better pricing on most large orders and many 'exact pallet quantity' orders. If you require a large quantity of products, please request a detailed quote by calling: 01628 829800 or email us: [email protected].
Can I personalise my containers with print?
Many products can be personalised with print. Please ask us for details or request a quotation.
Can we custom design any equipment?
It is possible to alter some plastic containers into the desired shape/size you need using certain techniques.
We can also custom design and build many of our materials handling equipment, from tray racks to work benches. Please ask for details or request a quotation.
Can you provide certification with your products?
Yes, many of our products can be supplied with certification on request. All our food grade items are made to the highest industry standards. If possible, please ask for specific details and certificates before placing your order.
