How long does delivery take?

• Standard Parcels: 1–2 working days if items are in stock.
• Next-Day Parcel Delivery: Available for in-stock orders placed in the morning. If the next-day option is not visible or available at checkout, please contact us directly to see if it is doable for your order.
• Large or Bulk Items (Pallet Delivery): 2–3 working days as standard. Next-day pallet delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. If this option is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if it can be arranged.
• Special & Made-to-Order Items: Some items ship from secondary locations or are custom-made. Delivery timelines vary, so we highly encourage you to contact us directly for an accurate estimate before purchasing.
• Saturday Delivery: Not standard, but can be arranged for an additional charge. Please ask our team for details and pricing.
• Collection: Are you in the Oxfordshire area? It may be possible to collect your items directly from our warehouse, depending on stock availability. Please speak to one of our team members first to arrange this.
  Please note: All goods are held at our distribution centre (warehouse) in Oxfordshire. No stock is kept at our Berkshire head office in Bracknell, so please do not travel there for collections. You can find our warehouse location on our “Our Story” page, or we can send you the details upon request.

How much will my delivery cost?

We offer a flexible shipping system designed to handle everything from single items to massive bulk orders:

• Buying in Bulk? If you are placing a large order, we strongly recommend contacting us directly before checking out. We love working out custom shipping deals for bulk buyers to ensure you get the best possible value.
• Automated Rates: For standard orders, our smart AI system calculates a convenient shipping estimate directly in your cart. Please note that most of our products do not have carriage included or factored into their prices. However, exceptions apply: some of our steel products (such as steps, ladders, and racking) as well as the odd container or waste bin may have carriage already included in their listed price.
• Custom Quotes for Specialised Items: Certain products cannot have shipping calculated automatically at checkout. For these items, your cart will act as a no-obligation quote request. Simply submit your cart, and our team will contact you during business hours with a finalized shipping price.

Will my order arrive all together?

In most cases, yes. However, if you order a variety of products, they may arrive in separate deliveries. This happens if items are stored at different warehouses, shipped directly from the factory, or temporarily out of stock (in which case, we will notify you).

Important Note: If you have any special delivery requirements (e.g., tight site access, restricted delivery hours, or forklift/tail-lift needs), please make sure to inform us when placing your order.
