Plastor provides those suitable containers. Our high quality, low cost 180° stack/nest containers, vented stacking containers, bale arm stack and nest crates and mobile containers are perfect for harvesting and fruit picking.

These 180° stack/nest containers are constructed of robust plastic and are designed to be transported and stacked easily. They are ideal for harvesting and picking thanks to their light weight and formed handled at each end.

180° stack/nest containers can be stacked when full and nested when empty. The innovative design requires only that the container is removed from its nested pair, turned 180° and placed on top of the other. It’s a very simple system, ideal for situations where speed and efficiency is paramount.

These stackable plastic containers are available in a range of sizes, including 50 litres and 73 litres. The 50l container measures 610 x 407 x 275mm and weighs just 2kg when empty. It can safely handle up to 25kg in weight. The 73l container measures 690 x 430 x 320mm and weighs just 2.7kg when empty.

180° stack/nest containers are constructed of tough, weatherproof polypropylene and are available in a range of colours. Vented versions are also available.

Vented stacking containers are very popular for harvesting and fruit picking thanks to their ventilated design, food grade materials and easy handling. They are designed specifically for the food industry and built to perform well in all conditions. Ideal for their task!

Vented stacking containers stack easily and securely and come in Euro-standard sizes for ease of transport. Handles at either end ensures safe handling whether empty or full.

Vented stacking containers are available in a wide range of sizes from 5.4 litres up to 62 litres. Sizes range from a mere 400 x 300 x 30 up to 600 x 400 x 320. All are consistent Euro-standard sizing.

All plastic containers are manufactured to a very high standard from food grade and weatherproof polypropylene. They feature vented sides, a reinforced base, ergonomic handles at either end and light weight.

Stacking container dollies are also available if required.

Bale arm stack and nest crates are another favourite of the food industry and can regularly be seen in farms, food manufacturers and supermarkets. They are ideal for harvesting and fruit picking thanks to light weight, ergonomic design and ventilated construction.

Bale arm stack and nest crates offer superb efficiency thanks to the ability to nest when empty and stack safely when full. Each crate includes a pair of foldable bale arms at either end that can support the weight of the crate(s) above.

Bale arm stack and nest crates are Euro-standard sizes for ease of transport. They measure 600 x 400 x 190mm and weigh a mere 1.6kg when empty.

Manufactured from food grade weatherproof polypropylene, bale arm stack and nest crates are perfect for harvesting and fruit picking thanks to ease of handling, light weight, comfortable handles at either end, simple bale arm action and reliable stacking.

Stack dollies are also available if required.

Mobile container trucks are another firm favourite of the food industry. These are mobile containers with wheels manufactured from food grade plastic. These trucks are designed to carry heavier loads. Ideal for transporting produce, fruit, vegetables and any stackable ingredient.

Mobile container trucks are available in a range of capacities from 72 litres up to 455 litres. Each is manufactured from food grade weatherproof polyethylene and designed to move loads safely and securely. We can also supply trucks made of recycled materials but these are not food grade.

Mobile container trucks are available in a range of colours that could be used for colour coding. They weigh from 5kg when empty and come with a set of robust dolly wheels to help transport heavier loads. They can stack when empty.

These food grade trucks with wheels also have the option for fitted lids for extra utility.
