Tray racks are a convenient and efficient way to store, transport and access contents within heavy duty, industrial Euro stacking containers, crates, boxes and similar container and tray systems.

Tray racks enable plastic trays, crates, containers and boxes to be accessed with ease. This is particularly useful if access to the containers is required on a regular basis and also reduces time and effort as if the containers were stacked. The tray racks simply allow for the trays to slide out similar to a drawer system and a metal strap is positioned at the rear of each rack to prevent trays being pushed through when loading.

Swivel castors (of which can be braked) are also installed on each rack to allow for the easy mobile transportation of each tray rack. This is ideal for factories, laboratories, engineering and manufacturing plants where contents may need to be moved regularly between processing, fixing and stocking areas.

Adjustable trays racks are also available. Adjustable trays racks are versatile systems and are especially where a range of container and tray heights may need to be rotated or alternated depending on the application or job in hand.

Most of our tray racks can be adapted to your needs and built to your specifications, please ask us for details. As we are experts in containers we know most of the crates, trays and container products within the market place and we are aware that some differ. If you already have containers we highly recommend you showing us the containers (a photograph will normally suffice) to ensure the racks are made to be compatible.
